Episode #4 of Guitar Search Saturdays takes place in an awesome store called the Music Swop Shop in Melbourne, Australia. This particular store is “Japanese guitar heaven”. While they sell only used electric guitars, they only stock good stuff which is a sight to be seen. This particular shop also stocks some of the best electric guitar amplifiers you’ll ever find under one roof. I hadn’t been to the swop shop for years so revisiting the store was a whole lot of fun for a guitar nerd like myself.
Episode #3 of Guitar Search Saturdays takes place in another second hand shop. This particular store is “quad box heaven” featuring a number of huge cabinets that will never sell. They also have a range of pretty hilarious practice amps on display including the official “worst deal” I have ever seen in my life. That aside, they also have some pretty cool guitars and effects pedals which are worth checking out for sure.
Welcome to Episode 2 of my Guitar Search Saturdays series of videos. Episode #2 takes place in an actual guitar store located in Melbourne, Australia. They primarily stocks Gibson and Epiphone brand guitars. If you’re a huge fan of either of these two brands of guitars you’ll get a kick out of this video.
This first episode of guitar search Saturdays takes place in a second hand shop in Melbourne Australia called Cash Converters. This is a new series of videos where I head into random guitar shops, second hand shops, pawn shops, and more taking a look at what guitar goodies we can find. You can find a mix of cheaper gear as well as more expensive guitars in Cash Converters. It really depends on how lucky you are on the particular day. On this day, I found an amplifier I ended up buying a few days later.
